Paid media, continuously reallocated · US + Europe

Auctions move hourly. Most budgets move weekly.

MediaFlex runs paid acquisition across search, native, push and social, with spend that rebalances on live performance instead of waiting for a Monday review. You keep the controls: every shift is logged, capped, and reversible.

What we do

Four moving parts, one loop.

Buying, measuring and reallocating are one continuous job here. Split them across separate tools and people, and the budget sits still between the handoffs.

01

Continuous reallocation

Budget follows what is working right now, per placement and per geo. Shifts happen inside limits you set, not whenever a dashboard is next opened.

02

Multi-source buying

Search, native, push and social bought side by side, so a channel earns its share against the others rather than against its own history.

03

Creative rotation

Angles and landers tested in parallel and retired on evidence. A creative that stops clearing its cost is pulled before it spends another week proving it.

04

Own click layer

Traffic routes through our own endpoint before the advertiser, so every session carries a source, a creative and a cost that reconcile against the postback.

The thesis

The waste is in the lag, not the bid.

Most accounts are not badly bid. They are bid correctly for conditions that changed three days ago, because that is when someone last looked.

An auction reprices continuously and a weekly review answers it seven days late. Everything spent in between goes to placements that already stopped working, and the underspend lands on the ones that were about to.

Close the gap between what the numbers say and when the money moves. That is the product.

How we work

Baseline. Instrument. Rebalance. Compound.

In that order. The second step is the boring one, and skipping it is why the third goes wrong everywhere else — you cannot reallocate on numbers you do not trust.

  1. 01

    Baseline

Measure the account before changing it

    • Read 90 days of spend by source, creative and geo
    • Find where budget sat still while performance moved
    • Agree the cap, the floor and the metric we answer to
  2. 02

    Instrument

Make the traffic legible before scaling it

    • Route outbound clicks through our attribution endpoint
    • Reconcile every session against your postback
    • Fix the tracking gaps the old reports were hiding
  3. 03

    Rebalance

Let the money follow the evidence

    • Shift spend between sources on live performance
    • Hold every move inside the limits you set
    • Log each change with the numbers that triggered it
  4. 04

    Compound

    Widen only what held up

    • Expand proven angles into new geos one at a time
    • Retire creatives on evidence, not on preference
    • Hand over the tracking so the gains outlive the contract

Measurement

Automated, not unaccountable.

Moving budget on its own only works if you can watch it happen and undo it. Three commitments that keep the control on your side.

01

Limits you set

Daily caps, per-source floors and a hard ceiling, agreed before anything runs. Automation moves budget inside that envelope and cannot widen it on its own.

02

A logged trail

Every reallocation is written down with the figures that caused it. You can read why the money moved on any given day, months later, without asking us.

03

Reversible by default

Any change can be rolled back to the previous allocation. Nothing about this is a black box you have to take on trust — including the parts that are automated.

Reach

Where we buy, and what we buy there.

Regions

US + Europe

Tier-1 and regulated markets, with the compliance overhead that regulated implies.

Verticals

Ecommerce & iGaming

Consumer retail funnels and casino acquisition, run by people who have bought both.

Sources

Search · Native · Push · Social

Bought together and compared against each other, not managed in four separate silos.

Model

Performance-aligned

We would rather be paid on what the spend returns than on how much of it we place.
